Awaaz

It’s been a few months since I started working on a completely separate project focused on media and socio-political events. A couple of years ago, the word ‘awaaz’ stuck in my head, but the image wasn’t clear yet. I knew I wanted to be a medium to pass along many unheard voices. When I began discussing my vision and idea with a friend, it started to make more and more sense. I asked him to be a part of it, and together we launched this overflowing rocket into the atmosphere—it was an interesting approach.

Now, the voices are outside my head.

Asking questions to AI Bhagat Singh

What if you could truly converse with history? I’m not talking about reading a biography, but stepping into the mind of a historical figure, understanding their thoughts in their own ‘voice.’ The movie Her, with its ‘philosopher AI’ concept, sparked this idea. What if an AI, by learning everything about a person, could embody their unique perspective?

This led me to Bhagat Singh, the iconic Indian revolutionary. To avoid biases found in typical historical accounts, I’m feeding an AI only his published letters, pamphlets, and writings. My goal is to use this primary source data to explore his evolving ideologies, his profound focus at a young age, and the external and internal factors that shaped him.
